Student Testimonials
Learning how to incorporate pelvic floor strengthening with yoga has really impacted my practice. I've always found kegel exercises too monotonous. Now I am much more enthusiastic about the pelvic floor and what it can do to improve balance and stability! I highly recommend this course!
I loved learning about the pelvic floor, its function, and how it moves with our breath. Being able to connect that with how it impacts us from a holistic perspective was eye-opening. Doing the yoga poses then helped us embody all of this knowledge. On top of that, the women teaching class are amazing!
Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Courtney are phenomenal teachers. The anatomy portion of the course really helped me to visualize what is going on in my body as I breathe and move. I have been able to really feel the difference in my yoga practice since taking this course.
